YouTube Analyzer is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to help content creators analyze and optimize videos, channels, and strategy on YouTube, including (but not limited to): video analysis, title/description/tag generation, thumbnail analysis, channel auditing, competitor analysis, script generation, and AI chat.
To use the Service, you need to create an account with a valid email and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
Some features require you to connect your Google/YouTube account, granting YouTube Analyzer permission to read data from your channel (statistics, videos, YouTube Analytics) through the official YouTube API. You may revoke this access at any time, either through YouTube Analyzer itself or directly in your Google Account settings.
YouTube Analyzer offers a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans (Basic and Pro), processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges to the payment method provided, until the subscription is cancelled.
Prices may change with prior notice. Price changes do not affect charges already made, only future billing cycles.
Refunds: if you are a consumer located in Brazil, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase, under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Art. 49, Law 8.078/1990), with no need to state a reason. For all other users, and after this period, payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by applicable local law.
Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from the site. Cancellation stops future charges, but access to your paid plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

You are solely responsible for the content of the videos, thumbnails, and materials you upload or publish through YouTube Analyzer, including copyright, image rights, and compliance with YouTube's policies. YouTube Analyzer is not responsible for any copyright strikes, channel suspensions, demonetization, or other penalties applied by YouTube to content published by the user, even when using YouTube Analyzer's tools.
AI-generated content (titles, descriptions, scripts, analyses) is provided as a suggestion and creative aid — the final decision to use, publish, and review content is always the user's.
YouTube Analyzer's brand, design, and code belong to its creators. Content you upload (videos, thumbnails) remains your property. AI-generated content derived from your material (titles, descriptions, scripts) is yours to use freely.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results in terms of channel growth, monetization, or video performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTube Analyzer is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
